Warehouse & Factory Dismantling
Ogoldy handles defined warehouse and factory dismantling, industrial clearance and asset removal scopes. We survey access, work zones, lifting/loading needs and retained operations before coordinating selective dismantling, equipment or fixture removal, material segregation and site clearance.

What can be included
The final BOQ is validated against site conditions, access, quantities and the intended asset outcome.
Scope clarity
Assumptions, access and exclusions are resolved before deployment.
Asset control
Reusable, saleable, scrap and disposal streams are separated.
Close-out
Movement, handover and agreed documentation complete the scope.
Plan the work zones
We review site access, lifting and loading constraints, retained operations and phased handover requirements. Equipment and services are handled only within the agreed scope and applicable site controls.
Separate material routes
Machinery or assets, where included in scope, can be separated from saleable material, scrap and debris. Where appropriate, asset value and scrap recovery are assessed alongside the dismantling scope rather than treating every item as waste.
Where racking is a major part of the scope, see racking dismantling and buyback.
Clear and document
Teams coordinate removal, site clearance and agreed documentation against the BOQ and handover milestones. This page covers dismantling and clearance, with full-site moves handled separately.
When relocation is also required
For a complete factory or warehouse move, use the dedicated relocation service; dismantling and asset recovery can be scoped alongside it.

Frequently asked questions
Can warehouse or factory dismantling be phased around live operations?
Potentially. Work zones, access, retained operations and safe separation must be surveyed and agreed before a phased industrial-clearance plan is confirmed.
How are recoverable materials treated?
Reusable assets, saleable material, scrap and debris are assessed as separate routes; any value adjustment is agreed after review.
Is lifting equipment included?
Access and lifting requirements are reviewed at survey and included only where agreed in the scope.
